GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Spring Arbor University women's tennis team completed their regular season tonight with a 7-2 defeat at the hands of Davenport University played in Grand Rapids, MI.

Quincy Banini and Katie Storrer both won three-set matches for the Cougars.  Banini won her match at #4 singles 7-6 (7-2), 2-6, 10-7 and Storrer's #6 singles match scores were 6-4, 3-6, 10-6.  Kristin DeBruyn lost a tough three-set match 6-3, 3-6, 6-2.

Spring Arbor's regular season ends with a record of 11-7 and a Crossroads League record, completed last fall, of 5-3.

Quincy Banini, playing all of her singles matches at four singles, and two doubles, led the Cougars this season in wins with a record of 27-10.  Katie Storrer and Hope Roelofs each won 22 matches this year, and Jenna Bart accumulated 20 wins. 

Kristin DeBruyn, who played all of her matches against the Cougar opponent's best players amassed 18 wins, and Paige Fallu and Kelli Cross both won nine matches this season.
